DRINK DRIVING LAWS IN QLD CHANGE
Drink Drivers in Queensland are being targeted with tougher new laws in an effort to reduce the states road toll.
The Queensland Government has announced Drink-drivers will have their licences automatically suspended sooner under new laws to begin in Queensland in mid 2011.
The new reforms were announced yesterday and include automatic licence suspension for those caught on our roads with a reading of 0.1 per cent blood alcohol content or higher.
The limit for an automatic suspension is currently 0.15 per cent. In practical terms, this means that an offender would not be able to drive from the time of the
